OptiCA Basic

OptiCA Basic Internet service is intended for small businesses for whom internet service is not mission-critical.  It is budget-friendly, but does not provide guaranteed speeds, uptime guarantee or guaranteed repair intervals if an outage occurs.  OptiCA Basic is available to businesses in these Florida counties: Pinellas, Pasco, Polk Hillsborough, Manatee and Sarasota where fiber optic facilities have already been installed.  OptiCA Basic cannot be provided to any address that does not already have fiber optic facilities installed.  All speeds are symmetric: upload speed is identical to download speed.  Subscribers can use our high-performance router and firewall (with optional management) or use your own.  A dynamic IP address is provided, and static IP addresses are available at a nominal monthly cost.

OptiCA Premium

OptiCA Premium Internet Service is an enterprise-grade mission-critical dedicated internet connection available at most locations throughout the State of Florida.  This service provides 95% guaranteed bandwidth, uptime guarantee, priority support and 2-hour repair interval guarantee.  All speeds are symmetric: upload speed is identical to download speed.  Subscribers can use our high-performance router and/or firewall (with included management) or use your own.  A static IP address is provided, and additional static IP addresses are available at a nominal monthly cost.  IPv6 static addresses are provided at no extra cost.
